Always enjoy staying here, good base to travel around El puerto, Seville and Cadiz
Liked close proximity to beach and nice restaurants, 2 nice beach bars. East to get transport into town and to station. Pool excellent. Breakfast ok. Staff lovely.

Great location, great breakfast cakes - wish the facilities were open.
Rooms were modern and very clean. Hotel was very clean in general. The breakfast cakes and pancakes were delicious. Location was amazing - 2 minute walk to the beach.
Facilities were closed when we stayed the first week in April! We went to use the outside pool and were told it was closed. The only pool which was open was the indoor pool which costs an extra 12 euros per half an hour and you had to purchase swimming caps at 2 Euro per person. For the family to go swimming for an hour it cost 104 Euros. Really disappointing when we chose the hotel on the fact it had the swimming pool as part of it. Half of the "spa pool" facilities were broken. We then thought we'd try the crazy golf only to be told that it didn't open until May. We decided on the bike hire as that was the only activity open. They only had one kids bike which they couldn't find and then concluded it was broken so we couldn't use the bike hire either - so for all those great activities listed - please be aware for most of the year they are not possible. Reception staff were pretty serious and never broke a smile the whole time. Room cleaners were lovely in contrast - I couldn't help thinking these women should be front of house! The room was always spotless and they worked very hard. The staff at breakfast look pained to see customers. The breakfast wasn't bad and credit to the pastry chef but the staff looked like they couldn't wait for people to clear out! We were next to some noisy youths but I guess that is just the nature of hotels - the walls are thin though.
